Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

You may choose to exchange the item or opt for store credit, which will be valid for 1 year.Β

Once we receive your request, our team will assist you with the exchange process step by step to ensure a smooth experience.

By default, exchanges can only be arranged from the original shipping address. If you'd like to request a pickup from a different address, please reach out to our support team in advance.

The exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Late or unreasonable requests will be processed solely at the companyβs discretion.

For any further exchanges on the same order, please follow the steps below:

Inform us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Ship the product to our designated return address at your own expense within 5 working days, and share the courier tracking details with us. The return address will be provided by our support team.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact and in undamaged condition.

A reshipping fee (typically between βΉ100 β βΉ150, depending on your location) will be applicable for the second exchange.

Your next exchange will be processed only after we receive the original item in proper condition.

Store credit or exchange items will be processed as per availability.
